My Background
Education
Along with over a decade of my own treatments and therapy, I have trained in Understanding Trauma, CISM and Therapeutic Arts, I am culturally informed in First Nations worldviews and history, and continuously read books and articles pertaining to mental, spritual and physical well being as well as indigenous perspectives.

I help people of all backgrounds, orientations, cultures and ages. Everyone can benefit from therapeutic arts!
How I Do It
Using several methods, I facilitate the growth and knowledge of my clients to empower and build a tool box of healing techniques. Art, movement, guided meditation and hypnosis are just some of the modalities used.
