June 6 Therapeutic Arts Workshop

Service Description

Join me for a group Therapeutic Arts Workshop at Little Manitou Art Gallery in Manitou Beach, SK this July 6th, 2024 from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm. We will start with a short guided meditation "I am a tree, I am Love". Next we will get creative with a painting and writing exercise "Writing Against Stress" followed by a hypnosis "Letting go of limiting beliefs that no longer serve you". Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on for the hypnosis and a water bottle or other healthy beverage to stay hydrated through the afternoon. Ages 9 to 99 are welcome, this is a family friendly workshop.
